6.5.75

siddhametairghṛtaṃ sadyo vātagulmaṃ vyapohati/
yoniśūlaṃ śiraḥśūlamarśāṃsi viṣamajvaram//
iti pippalyādyaṃ ghṛtam/
ghṛtānāmauṣadhagaṇā ya ete parikīrtitāḥ/
te cūrṇayogā vartyastāḥ kaṣāyāste ca gulminām//

Ghee prepared with these immediately removes a vāta-lump,
pain in the female genitals, headache, piles, and intermittent fever.
Thus [ends] Pippalyādya-ghṛta.
These groups of medicines that have been proclaimed for ghees
may be used as powder-formulations, wicks, and decoctions for those with abdominal lumps.
