6.5.92

vātagulmamudāvartaṃ yoniśūlaṃ ca nāśayet/
pibederaṇḍajaṃ tailaṃ vāruṇīmaṇḍamiśritam//

It destroys vāta-lump, upward movement of vāyu, and pain in the female genitals.
One should drink castor oil mixed with the scum of vāruṇī;
