medaśca māṃsaṃ ca śarīrajaṃ ca kledaṃ kapho bastigataṃ pradūṣya/
karoti mehān samudīrṇamuṣṇaistāneva pittaṃ paridūṣya cāpi//
Kapha, vitiating the fat, the flesh, and the body's moisture that has reached the bladder, / produces urinary disorders; and pitta, aggravated by hot things, vitiating those very same [dhatus], likewise [produces them].
