jātaḥ pramehī madhumehino vā na sādhya uktaḥ sa hi bījadoṣāt/
ye cāpi kecit kulajā vikārā bhavanti tāṃśca pravadantyasādhyān//
One born a patient with urinary disorder, or [born] of a patient with honey-urine, is said to be incurable; for that is from a seed defect; / and whatever disorders are familial, those too they declare incurable.
