nidadhīta dhānyamadhye prātaḥ prātaḥ pibettato yuktyā/
māsena mahākuṣṭhaṃ hantyevālpaṃ tu pakṣeṇa//

one should place it in the midst of grain. Then, one should drink it morning after morning according to proper proportion; / in a month it indeed destroys mahākuṣṭha, and a mild form in a fortnight;
