yaḥ sannipātaprabhavo 'atighoraḥ sarvaiḥ samastaiḥ sa ca hetubhiḥ syāt/
sarvāṇi rūpāṇi bibharti tādṛgvirudghabhaiṣajyavidhirvivarjyaḥ//
That which arises from all three doṣas combined is most dreadful and arises from all the causes combined; / it manifests all the symptoms and, having conflicting medical treatments, should be abandoned.
