kevalaṃ siddhamebhirvā purāṇaṃ pāyayedghṛtam/
pāyayitvottamāṃ mātrāṃ śvabhre rundhyādgṛhe 'api vā//
Or one should administer aged ghee alone, cooked with these [drugs]; / after having him drink the maximum dose, one should confine him in a pit or inside a room.
