saptāhaṃ bhāvayenmūtre gavāṃ pāṇitalaṃ tataḥ/
pibedghṛtena &jīeṇe tu viriktaścāpi tarpaṇam//

one should impregnate [this] in cow's urine for seven days; then a handful [of it] / he should drink with ghee; when it has digested and he has purged, also a nourishing drink.
