viruddhavīryamapyeṣāṃ pradhānānāmabādhakam/
adhikaṃ tulyavīrye hi &kriyāsāmarthyamiṣyate//
Even those of contrary potency do not obstruct these principal [substances]; / for greater efficacy of action is desired when [potencies] are of equal potency.
