deyaṃ tvanirhṛte pūrvaṃ pīte paścāt punaḥ punaḥ/
bheṣajaṃ vamanārthīyaṃ prāya āpittadarśanāt//
When what was drunk previously has not been eliminated, medicine for the purpose of emesis / should generally be given again and again subsequently until the appearance of pitta.
