bheṣajaṃ doṣaruddhaṃ cennordhvaṃ nādhaḥ pravartate/
sodgāraṃ &sāṅgaśūlaṃ ca svedaṃ tatrāvacārayet//
If the medicine is blocked by doshas and moves neither upward nor downward, / accompanied by eructation and body-aches, sudation should be administered there.
