&rūkṣānāhārayorjīrṇe viṣṭabhyordhvaṃ gate 'api vā/
vāyunā bheṣaje tvanyat sasnehalavaṇaṃ pibet//
When the food of a dry person is digested, or if [the medicine] is arrested and goes upward / due to vāta, he should drink another medicine with unctuous substance and salt.
