ṣaḍ dhvaṃśyastu marīciḥ syāt ṣaṇmarīcyastu sarṣapaḥ/
aṣṭau te sarṣapā raktāstaṇḍulaścāpi taddvayam//
Six dhvaṃśis are a marīci, and six marīcis are a sarṣapa; / eight of those sarṣapas are a red mustard seed, and two of them are a grain of rice.
