jīvakarṣabhakekṣūṇāṃ śatāvaryā rasena vā/
pittaśleṣmajvare dadyādvātapittajvare 'athavā//
Or one should give it with the juice of jīvaka, ṛṣabhaka, sugarcane, or śatāvarī
in fever caused by pitta and śleṣman, or in fever caused by wind and pitta.
