dadyādgulmodarārtebhyo ye cāpyanye kaphāmayāḥ/
dadyādannena saṃyuktaṃ chardihṛdrogaśāntaye//
one should give to those afflicted with gulma and abdominal disease, and whatever other kapha diseases there are;
one should give it combined with food for the pacification of vomiting and heart disease.
