8.1.57

atyuṣṇatīkṣṇaśca mṛdau ca koṣṭhe praṇītamātraḥ punareti bastiḥ/
medaḥkaphābhyāmanilo niruddhaḥ &śūlāṅgasuptiśvayathūn karoti//

and when it is exceedingly hot or sharp, or in a soft bowel, the enema comes out immediately after being administered.
Vāta obstructed by fat and kapha causes colic, numbness of the limbs, and swelling;
