snigdhasya sūkṣmeṣvayaneṣu līnaṃ svedastu doṣaṃ nayati dravatvam/
grāmyaudakānūparasaiḥ &samāṃsairutkleśanīyaḥ payasā ca vamyaḥ//
Fomentation brings the doṣa, hidden in the subtle channels of an unctuated [patient], to liquidity. / One who is to vomit should be excited [in kapha] with meat broths of domestic, aquatic, and marshland animals and with milk.
