sadaiva te hyāgataveganigrahaṃ &samācarante na ca kālabhojanam/
akālanirhāravihārasevino bhavanti ye 'anye 'api sadā++āturāśca te//
For they always suppress manifested natural urges and do not eat at the proper time; / those others who also indulge in evacuation and activities at improper times become constantly ill.
