satailasarpirlavaṇaiśca pañcabhirvimūrcchitaṃ bastimatha prayojayet/
nirūhitaṃ dhanvarasena bhojitaṃ nikumbhatailena tato 'anuvāsayet//
he should then administer an enema mixed with oil, ghee, and the five salts; / after the non-unctuous enema, when [the patient] has eaten with the meat soup of arid animals, he should then give an unctuous enema with nikumbha oil.
