The Compendium of Caraka 8.2.26

8.2.26

utpadyeta hi sā 'avasthā deśakālabalaṃ prati/
yasyāṃ kāryamakāryaṃ &syāt karma kāryaṃ ca varjitam//

For such a condition may arise with regard to place, time, and strength,
in which what should not be done becomes to be done, and what should be done is to be avoided.
