syāddīpano māṃsabalapradaśca cakṣurbalaṃ cāpi dadāti &bastiḥ/
eraṇḍamūlaṃ tripalaṃ &palāśā hrasvāni mūlāni ca yāni pañca//
this enema stimulates digestion, gives flesh and strength, and also imparts strength to the eyes.
