jaladvikaṃse 'aṣṭapalaṃ palāśāt paktvā raso 'ardhāḍhakamātraśeṣaḥ/
&kalkairvacāmāgadhikāpalābhyāṃ yuktaḥ śatāhvādvipalena cāpi//
Having boiled eight palas of palāśa in two kaṃsas of water until the decoction is reduced to half an āḍhaka,
combined with pastes of vacā and māgadhikā, one pala each, and two palas of śatāhvā,
