&yaṣṭyāhvayasyāṣṭapalena siddhaṃ payaḥ śatāhvāphalapippalībhiḥ/
yuktaṃ sasarpirmadhu vātaraktavaisvaryavīsarpahito nirūhaḥ//
Milk boiled with eight palas of yaṣṭyāhva, combined with śatāhvā
and seeds of the fruit [of madana], along with ghee and honey, is a non-unctuous enema beneficial for vātarakta, disorders of voice, and visarpa.
