kṣaudrasya tailasya ca sarpiṣaśca tathaiva yuktaṃ &prasṛtaistribhiśca/
dadyānnirūhaṃ vidhinā vivijñaḥ sa sarvasaṃsargakṛtāmayaghnaḥ//
likewise combined with three prasṛtas of honey, oil, and ghee,
the discerning physician should administer this non-unctuous enema properly; it destroys disorders produced by all combinations [of doṣas].
