lābhataścandanādyaiśca piṣṭaiḥ kṣīracaturguṇam/
&tailapādaṃ ghṛtaṃ siddhaṃ pittaghnamanuvāsanam//
According to availability, with candana and other [drugs] ground into paste, in four times as much milk,
ghee with a fourth part of oil prepared [as an unctuous enema] dispels pitta.
