pārśvarugveṣṭanairvidyāt snehaṃ vātāvṛtaṃ bhiṣak//
By body-aches, fever, distension, coldness, stiffness, pain in the thighs,
flank pain, and twisting sensations, the physician should recognize the fat as obstructed by vāta.
