na caiva gudakaṇṭhābhyāṃ dadyāt snehamanantaram/
&ubhayasmāt samaṃ gacchan vātamagniṃ ca dūṣayet//
And one should not give fat through both the rectum and throat without an interval;
moving simultaneously from both [ends], it would impair vāta and the digestive fire.
