balyaṃ sukhopacaryaṃ ca sukhaṃ sṛṣṭapurīṣakṛt/
snehamātrāvidhānaṃ hi bṛṃhaṇaṃ vātaroganut//
It is strengthening, easy to undergo, causes easy elimination of feces,
and the administration of a moderate dose of fat is nourishing and dispels vāta diseases.
