caturdroṇe 'ambhasaḥ paktvā droṇaśeṣeṇa tena ca/
tailāḍhakaṃ &samakṣīraṃ jīvanīyaiḥ palonmitaiḥ//

having boiled in four droṇas of water, with that [decoction] remaining at one droṇa,
an āḍhaka of oil, an equal amount of milk, with the vitalising drugs measured in palas—
