atyuṣṇavarṣaśītā hi grīṣmavarṣāhimāgamāḥ/
!tadantare prāvṛḍādyāsteṣāṃ sādhāraṇāstrayaḥ//
Summer, the rainy season, and winter have excessive heat, rain, and cold respectively; / intervening between them are the three common seasons beginning with prāvṛṣ.
