balasvarakṣayaṃ dāhaṃ kaṇṭhaśoṣaṃ &bhramaṃ tṛṣām/
kuryācca madhuraistatra śeṣamauṣadhamullikhet//
It causes loss of strength and voice, burning, dryness of the throat, giddiness, and thirst; / and in that case, [the physician] should vomit the remainder of the medicine with sweet drugs.
