8.6.87

tadā kurvanti kaṇḍvādīn doṣāḥ prakupitā gadān/
sa vibhraṃśo matastatra syādyathāvyādhi bheṣajam//

then the provoked doṣas produce diseases beginning with itching; / that is considered a lapse (vibhraṃśa); there, the medicine should be according to the disease.
