vātasaṅgagudastambhaśūlaiḥ kṣarati cālpaśaḥ/
tīkṣṇaṃ bastiṃ virekaṃ vā so 'arho laṅghitapācitaḥ//
And with retention of wind, stiffness of the rectum, and colicky pain, it discharges in small amounts; / he, having undergone fasting and digestion, is fit for a sharp enema or purgative.
