vātamūtrapurīṣāṇāṃ datte vegānnigṛhṇataḥ/
ati vā pīḍito bastirmukhenāyāti vegavān//
When an enema has been administered, if [the patient] forcefully suppresses the urges of flatus, urine, and feces, / or if it is excessively compressed, the enema emerges forcefully through the mouth.
