ulkābhirevamanyaiśca &bhītasyādhaḥ pravartate/
vastrapāṇigrahaiḥ kaṇṭhaṃ rundhyānna mriyate yathā//
and with torches; thus, when he is terrified, [the enema] moves downwards. / One should constrict his throat by holding it with cloth or hands, so that he does not die.
