sruteṣu tasya doṣeṣu nirūḍhasyātimātraśaḥ/
stabdhodāvṛtakoṣṭhasya vāyuḥ saṃpratihanyate//
When his morbid matter has flowed out in excess after being evacuated by a non-unctuous enema, / the wind of one whose bowels are stiff and afflicted by upward-moving wind is obstructed.
