bastiḥ saṃkṣobhya taṃ doṣaṃ durbalatvādanirharan/
karoti gurukoṣṭhatvaṃ vātamūtraśakṛdgraham//

having agitated that doṣa, not eliminating it on account of weakness, / produces heaviness of the bowels, and retention of wind, urine, and feces;
