atyavākśiraso nasyaṃ mastuluṅge 'avatiṣṭhati/
ata evaṃśayānasya śuddhyarthaṃ svedayecchiraḥ//
the nasal medication of one whose head is excessively lowered remains in the brain. / Therefore, for one lying in this manner, he should foment the head for purification.
