praṇāḍyā picunā vā 'api nastaḥsnehaṃ yathāvidhi/
kṛte ca svedayedbhūya ākarṣecca punaḥ punaḥ//
With a tube or a cotton swab, he should administer the nasal unctuous substance according to rule; / and when it is done, he should foment again and draw out repeatedly
