nastaḥ snehāṅguliṃ dadyāt prātarniśi ca sarvadā/
na cocchiṅghedarogāṇāṃ pratimarśaḥ sa dārḍyakṛt//
One should always apply an unctuous finger to the nose in the morning and at night, / and should not forcefully inhale; that touch-inunction produces firmness in the healthy.
