mūtrasrotaḥ prapadyeta viṭsaṃsṛṣṭaṃ tadā naraḥ/
viṅgandhaṃ mūtrayet kṛcchrādviḍvighātaṃ vinirdiśet//
enters the urinary channels, then the man urinates mixed with feces
and smelling of feces with difficulty; one should diagnose it as viḍvighāta.
