This proven mūlāsava stimulates digestion and conquers bleeding disorders; / it removes distension, kapha, heart disease, anemia, and bodily exhaustion.
Thus ends mūlāsava.
Having ground a prastha of pippalī, jaggery, and the inner part of bibhītaka, / combined with a prastha of water, one should place it in a heap of barley.
