kaṭūṣṇaṃ sārṣapaṃ tailaṃ kaphaśukrānilāpaham /
tīkṣṇoṣṇaṃ picchalaṃ visraṃ raktair aṇḍodbhavaṃ tv ati {cf. Aṣṭāṅgahṛdaya 5.58cd} // 6 //

Mustard oil is pungent, hot, and eliminates kapha, semen, and wind; / oil derived from eggs, on the other hand, is excessively sharp, hot, unctuous, and foul-smelling with blood.
