sannipāte prakampantaṃ pralapantaṃ na bṛṃhayet .
tṛṣṇādāhābhibhūte'pi na dadyācchītalaṃ jalam .. 190 ..

One should not nourish [a patient] trembling and delirious in sannipāta;
even when overcome by thirst and burning sensation, one should not give cold water. (190)
