saptāhātparato'stabdhe sāme syātpācanaṃ jvare .. 50 ..

to the fever patient, when six days have passed and he has been fed light food. / After a week, when fever is not stiffened [by coldness] and is associated with āma, a digestive [decoction] should be [given]. // 50
