yā ca garbhārthinī nārī kṣīṇaśukraśca yaḥ pumān
kṣīṇavāte marmahate'bhihate mathite'tha vā .
bhagneśramābhipanne ca sarvathaivopayojayet .. 100 ..

and to a woman desiring conception, and a man depleted of semen; / when vāta is depleted, when vital points are injured, struck, or crushed, / and in fractures and exhaustion, it should be employed by all means. // 100
