dadhnā sasāreṇa samākṣikeṇa
bhuñjīta niścārakapīḍitastu .
sutaptakuṣyakvathitena vāpi
kṣīreṇa śītena madhuplutena .. 97 ..

Afflicted with frequent bowel movements, one should eat
with curd rich in cream and honey;
or with milk boiled with red-hot clay pottery fragments,
cooled and flooded with honey. // 97
