31.13

3sarvaṃ tridoṣaprabhave tu vāyoḥ
sthānānupūrvyā prasamīkṣya kāryam .
tribhyo'dhike prāgvamanaṃ kaphe syāt
pitte virekaḥ pavane tu bastiḥ .. 13 ..

In that arising from all three doṣas, however, all [treatment] should be done having examined / the seats of vāta in succession; / when superior to the three, emesis should be done first in kapha, / purgation in pitta, and enema in vāta. (13)
