18lepo'ruṣkaraśothaṃ
nihanti tiladugdhamadhunavanītaiḥ .
tattarutalamṛdbhirvā
śāladalairvā tu na cireṇa .. 50 ..

A paste with sesame seeds, milk, honey, and fresh butter
destroys oedema caused by bhallātaka,
or with the earth from beneath that tree,
or with leaves of śāla, before long. // 50
