sarvaṃ pittaharaṃ kāryaṃ raktaje raktamokṣaṇam .
śleṣmavṛddhiṃ tūṣṇavīryairmūtrapiṣṭaiḥ pralepayet .. 5 ..

and everything that removes pitta should be done; in that arising from blood, blood-letting [is done].
For an enlargement of the scrotum due to kapha, however, one should apply a plaster with substances of hot potency ground with urine. // 5
